ESEDA is a company established in Estonia providing supports to the fields of the technology, information and cyber security, cloud computing, blockchain, health, informatics, entrepreneurship and education sectors. Our team consists of highly-skilled and experienced educators and professionals with track records in working with academies, schools, local and international authorities, colleges, consortia, NGOs and SMEs to provide intelligence, research, training and support.

As professional academics, youth, youth workers, adult workers and project leaders, we have a wealth of expertise of working in partnership to make a real impact on achievement. Our people have good experience of working with research and data to drive improvement, in various local and international projects, and all of them have extensive backgrounds in the technology and education sectors, bringing leadership skills combined with a robust knowledge of what drives improvement.

Dr. Eyüp Güzel is the founder and director of this company. He has Masters Degree in Education Department from the University of Texas at San Antonio (2012) and PhD (in Educational) from the University of Warwick in UK, (2017). He has a passion for providing educational and technological services for people in need of support all around the World. To achieve his passion, he has been working hard to create international projects, so far many of which have been granted by European Union, Erasmus Plus programme and he has managed them successfully. He has significant expertise in the planning and management of such international projects focusing on the areas of education and  technology.

It has been said that “equity is the process; equality is the outcome,” given that equity—what is fair and just—may not, in the process of educating students, reflect strict equality—what is applied, allocated, or distributed equally. Inequities occur when biased or unfair policies, programs, practices, or situations contribute to a lack of equality in educational performance, results, and outcomes.
